Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sorge multi-clinic management platform (“Sorge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Sorge, you (“clinic,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
Sorge is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for use by clinics, healthcare professionals, and their authorized staff. Patients do not directly access Sorge. By using Sorge, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of your clinic.
2. Accounts and Access
- Clinics may create accounts for their staff, including administrators, doctors, and clinic personnel.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must ensure that staff using Sorge comply with these Terms and applicable laws, including GDPR and healthcare regulations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sorge for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Specifically, you must not:
- Upload or store false, misleading, or fraudulent patient information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its security, or its integrations.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Sorge without prior written consent.
- Send marketing or unsolicited messages to patients via integrated communication tools (WhatsApp, email, etc.). Sorge supports transactional communications only.
4. Data Ownership & Responsibilities
- Clinics remain the data controllers of patient information entered into Sorge.
- Sorge acts as a data processor under GDPR and processes patient data solely on behalf of clinics.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sorge complies with applicable healthcare and data protection laws in your region.
5. Integrations
Sorge integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to WhatsApp API, Google Calendar, Vercel, Convex, and PostHog. Your use of these services is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. Sorge is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to Sorge. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Fees and Payments
At this stage, Sorge does not process payments directly. If subscription fees or paid features are introduced in the future, separate payment terms will apply.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sorge if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Clinics may request account deletion at any time, and associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sorge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorge and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorge, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your clinic’s use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify clinics through the platform or by email. Continued use of Sorge after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert jurisdiction, e.g., the United Kingdom / India / applicable country]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
